GREENWOOD, Ind. — CIU women's soccer standout Lohrane Boaventura has been selected to the 2025-26 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-America® Second Team, marking a first in CIU women's soccer history with a CSC Academic All-America selection. Her teammate, Lily Jackson, also received CSC Academic All-District® recognition for her strong performance both on the field and in the classroom.

Boaventura's and Jackson's selections highlight the dual commitment to athletic excellence and academic achievement, which is the hallmark of the CSC Academic All-America® and Academic All-District® programs. CSC honors recognize student-athletes who excel in competition and maintain outstanding academic credentials. Nominees must demonstrate high standards in their sport and carry at least a 3.50 cumulative grade-point average to receive Academic All-District recognition and be considered for Academic All-America honors.
