The Columbia International University women's basketball team welcomed Toccoa Falls as the Rams were trying to get back in the win column after a loss to Bob Jones on Saturday. The Rams led for every minute of the game against the Screaming Eagles and cruised to an 85-29 win. With the win the Rams move to 5-14 on the season.

Columbia International started the game on 16-0 run. During the run Ciara Boggs, Raven Fleming, Justice Mazyck, Aaliyah Knox, and Moriah Siemens. The Rams would continue to stay in the driver seat as they pushed their lead to 17 after a Makeda DeSouza jumper with just a minute remaining in the first quarter. The Rams stuck to their game plan in the second quarter and got their first twenty point lead with a layup from Boggs. The Rams would keep their lead in the twenty's for the rest of the quarter and take a 42-16 lead at half.

Three minutes after the break the Rams got their lead to thirty and wouldn't stop their as they pushed it to forty-one thanks to an 13-0 run. At the end of the third quarter the Rams would lead 67-22. To start the fourth quarter the Rams would go on another 13-0 run to push their lead to fifty-six. The Rams would continue to limit the Screaming Eagles on defense and score when needed as they won going away 85-29.

Columbia International shot 48.6 percent (36-of-74) from the floor and 5-of-9 from three, while the Screaming Eagles shot 20.8 percent (11-0f-53) and 2-of-12 from three...The Rams dominated the boards as they pulled down 62 compared to the Screaming Eagles 22...The Rams shared the ball and dished out 27 assists and also had 16 steals...Ciara Boggs led the Rams with 27 points and seven rebounds...Victoria Dickerson had 14 points and five rebounds...Liz Jenkins dished out 13 assists...Raven Fleming, Erica Hightower, and Makeda DeSouza all had seven rebounds, while Moriah Siemens had six rebounds and five blocks...Asia Skinner led the Screaming Eagles with eight points.

Columbia International will be back in action on Saturday as they host Voorhees College at 2 p.m.
