The Rams and Royals each traded blows throughout the first quarter as the Royals would take a slight lead, 20-19, into the second quarter. The Rams would go cold in the second quarter and the Royals would continue to hit their shoots. The Royals would outscore the Rams 22-9 in the second quarter and take a 42-28 lead into the half.
The Rams would come out of the half looking to get back in the game and they did just that. The Rams would start to get their shots to fall and win the third quarter scoring 21-13, but the Royals would hold onto a six point lead heading into the fourth quarter. The Rams and Royals would battle all throughout the fourth quarter, but the Royals would score four more points than the Rams and win by the final score of 73-63.
