Columbia, S.C. – A relentless second-half surge lifted CIU women's soccer to a 4-0 win over Bryan College on Saturday, keeping the Rams unbeaten in conference play.
After dominating possession in the first half without finding the net, CIU broke through in the 68th minute when
Nicole Matijow scored the opener. The floodgates opened from there, as
Lily Jackson netted twice—once in the 75th minute and again in the 86th—while
Charlotte Craver added another in the 78th. Assists came from
Mazzie Leos,
Aubrey Taylor, and
Lohrane Boaventura.
The Rams overwhelmed Bryan with a 29-1 edge in shots and a 9-0 advantage in corner kicks. Jackson and Boaventura led the offensive push, combining for 13 shots and two goal contributions apiece.

Hailey Resetar and
Taylor Bullock split time to post CIU's shutout, with Resetar making the lone save required.
The win boosts CIU to 9-1-1 overall and 6-0-1 in conference play.
The Rams will be back on Sessions Field, Columbia, S.C, Wednesday October 1, 2025 to take on Allen University.
