Columbia, SC - The CIU women's soccer team was back on the pitch at Sessions field tonight as they hosted the Bluefield College Rams. CIU looked to get its final home win of the season this year and move up in the AAC conference rankings. Despite an even first half, CIU exploded in the second half to win a resounding 2-0 victory over their rival.

• 09:19 CIU forward Rebecca Reinhard had a chance to extend the lead with a shot from the corner but was denied by the solid goalkeeping of Anna Flinchum.
• 2:03 Lawrenceville native Amber McKinley secured CIUs second score, with a chip from the top of the box giving the Rams a 2-0 victory.
