The Columbia International University Women's Soccer team took to the road for their AAC Conference Tournament Quarter-Final game. The Rams came into the tournament as the number eight seed and took on number one seed Truett-McConnell University. The Rams and Bears played a competitive game throughout, but the Rams final attempts to pull off the upset went just wide as the Bears won 1-0.
1st Half Highlights:
- The Bears came out firing in the first half, but the Rams defense and goalkeeper Sam Wammock kept them off the board
- The Rams would get two consecutive shots off later in the half as the shots by Janna Rickenbaker and Sotiria Tsilionis were saved by the Bears keeper
- Wammock made two big saves to close out the half and the game was still scoreless at half
2nd Half Highlights:
- After a couple shots by the Bears in the beginning of the half the Rams took the ball back and put on some pressure
- Taylor Kyle got off a powerful shot, but the ball went just high and Rams just missed taking the lead
- The Bears got off a couple more shots, but they then found the back of the net with just under twenty-two minutes left in the half
- With under two minutes left in the game Rebecca Giancana's shot went just wide
- The Rams almost had another chance, but a wet field caused a problem for the Rams and they fell 1-0 to the regular season champion Bears

- The Rams stayed in the game as Wammock had 11 saves...The Rams had a couple shots on goal...The Bears had 12 shots on goal...Tsilionis and Rickenbaker led the Rams with shots on goal, while the Bears were led by Megan McCall with her goal
