The Columbia International University Men's Soccer team was looking to get back on track after dropping their last two games. The Rams welcomed the Bruins of Bob Jones University to Sessions Field and the Rams got back on track with a convincing 4-1 win. With the win the Rams move to 8-5 on the year, while the Bruins drop to 4-9-1 on the year.
1st Half Highlights:
- The Rams got off the first two shots, but each were saved by the Bruins keeper
- The Bruins would get on the board first with a goal by Sebastian Sulik in the 38th minute
- The Rams started to control the game as they forced the Bruins to defend
- Victor Maron would score the Rams first goal of the night in the 27th minute
- Just seven minutes later the Rams would get their second goal off the foot of Marcos Da Paz, Maron picked up the assist on the goal
- The Rams would take the one goal lead into the half
2nd Half Highlights:
- In the third minute of the half the Rams would get their third goal off a corner. Doran Battermann would head the ball off a cross from Romulo Barreto
- The Rams continued to keep the pressure on the Bruins as they played much of the half on attack
- With just under two minutes remaining the Rams were awarded a penalty kick after a Bruins foul. With Chick-Fil-A sponsoring the game all fans had a chance at a free 8 count nuggets. Battermann stepped up to the line and finished the kick to move the score to 4-1 and give all the fans free nuggets!!!

- The Rams dominated the shots as they had 22 with 13 on goal, while the Bruins had five with three on goal...The Bruins held a small 4-3 corner kick advantage...Battermann led the Rams with two goals, while Maron and da Paz each a had a goal...Maron and Romulo Barreto each had assists...Sebastian Sulik had the Bruins lone goal.
