COLUMBIA, S.C. - CIU baseball (18-15) made light work of Toccoa Falls College (15-17) after defeating the NCCAA South Region opponent 13-2 in seven innings on Wednesday evening. The Rams are now one win away from their fourth 20-win season in program history.

The Rams added five more runs in the fourth and fifth innings, highlighted by two-RBI hits from Williams and Maurice Gomez. A sac fly from Tanner Henderson and a passed ball added two more for the Rams and put them in run-rule territory. Toccoa Falls placed two runners on in the top of the seventh, but a strikeout from Manuel Geisel secured the run-rule victory.
