MILLIGAN, Tenn. - CIU men's soccer returned to action Saturday afternoon in Tennessee for an Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) matchup at Milligan University. The Rams looked to pick up where they left off after  putting up the second-most goals of the season in an 8-1 win over Columbia College (S.C.) earlier in the week. 

After giving up a goal late in the first frame, the Rams put in the equalizer to force their third draw of the season.

Scoring Summary: 
Each team jockeyed for possession for most of the first frame. However, CIU had the edge in shots taken during the period with seven compared to Milligan's four. In the 39' minute,  Elies Simo put the Buffs ahead to enter the break. 

In the second period, Praise Kabwe struck for the ninth time this season just inside the left post on an assist from Marlon Willams. Each team got off several shots in the remaining time of play, but none found the back of the net, ending the match in a draw.
