Willis is in her first year as the Athletic Operations Coordinator after spending two years as the Athletic Communications Graduate Assistant. During her time as as a GA, Willis was the primary contact for women's soccer, cross country, women's basketball, baseball, and softball. Willis graduated with her Master of Organizational Leadership from CIU in May of 2025.
Willis started her graduate assistantship after graduating summa cum laude in May of 2023 from CIU with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications & Bible. Before becoming a graduate assistant, Willis spent the 2022-2023 school as the CIU athletics communications intern. Her role included preseason interviews with coaches, photography, graphic design, and writing postgame recaps for women’s soccer, women’s basketball, and baseball
As an undergraduate student, Willis was a four-year member member of the Rams’ softball team. During the 2021 season, she was named to the NCCAA Softball World Series All-Tournament Team during CIU's historic World Series run. Willis holds the CIU softball career record of home runs with 11.
Willis resides in Columbia her husband Carter who was a member of the 2021 CIU baseball NCCAA World Series championship team.
