CIU Rocket League Gold vs. University of Cincinnati

CIU Rocket League Gold fell to the UC Bearcats in Monday night's game. This match was expected to be challenging in light of UC's history in NACE as a competitive team as well as their current record this season. Rocket League Gold had several commendable moments but in the end would lose the series 1-3, putting them 2-2 in the regular season. Their scrimmaging efforts on this week and next will prepare them for their upcoming double header with the expectation of making playoffs on April. Rocket League Gold competes in NACE Varsity Plus Division and games are streamed every Monday at 7:00pm on Twitch.

CIU Rocket League Blue vs. Glenville State University & Ashland University (Double Header)

CIU Rocket League Blue had a double header on Monday night against GSU and AU. Staying consistent with many of their other games this season, Blue Team found themselves in overtime of Game 5 where they would lose 2-3 to GSU. This game prompted some real self-reflection for the Rams since they unanimously agreed that minor mistakes led to the final goal. In response to this lose, Rocket League Blue would turn around and dominate Ashland University in a 3-1 series win, showcasing pass plays on repeat with some notable ground work by Juan Jimenez.  Rocket League Blue competes in NACE Varsity Plus Division and games are streamed every Monday at 7:00pm on Team Captain Campbell's Twitch.

CIU Overwatch Gold vs. East Tennessee State University

CIU Overwatch Gold swept ETSU on Tuesday's match. In a post-game interview, Team Captain Raymond Williamson highlighted the work Gold Team has put into this season by showcasing successes in the UKY Qualifiers, an event they will attend later this month, and their hard work in the CECC where they placed exceptionally high. In response to the game's recent update in which several heroes were notably overhauled, Raymond stated that the changes, while challenging to acclimate to, brought a lot of freshness to the game for him, making grinding ranked games fun again! Overwatch Gold competes in NACE Varsity Premier Division and games are streamed every Tuesday at 7:00pm on Twitch.
